Location: Blue Mountain Inn!

Come join Trainer Jane on a Fun-filled, Information-filled, Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness weekend for Women only! This weekend is designed as a Getaway from the city, work, and your responsibilities. Bring your mom, your sister, your co-worker, daughters or neighbours. This all woman group will get fresh air, exercise, rest, recharge, learn, laugh, make friends and have lots of fun!
