I have great news for you!!
I am the author of an upcoming Fitness book, coming out in 2014!
I have chosen to offer a program to you, as a test subject for my book. I already know my exercise program works and gives GREAT results, but am OFFERING A HUGE package, on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 24 people in the group (13 spaces left at this time).
I posted it on facebook recently, as: TEST SUBJECTS NEEDED, FREE PERSONAL TRAINING FOR 6 MONTHS! It has a LOT of detail to it, so I am holding a few Information Nights about it in Durham, and over Google Hangouts.
If interested in attending, and confirming a seat (no cancellations please!), please contact me right away! People NEED to be PUNCTUAL. It is limited to 10 people per night, and again, there are only 13 spots left. You can invite friends that also want to hear what is involved, but I need firm numbers of people attending. It is also fantastic for out-of-towners, which will be discussed at the meetings.
The last few Durham meeting times to choose from include: Monday night, Oct. 28th, at 7pm, Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 29th, at 3pm, and Tuesday night at 7pm. I absolutely expect this offer to be full by Tuesday night!
Email me at [email protected] with TEST SUBJECTS in the subject line, with how many seats you are definitely filling, at which session, and I will confirm and provide the address then.
This is for men or women, age 13 or older, whether they are working out currently at all or not.
If you want a plan, accountability, support, workouts, information, and SO MUCH MORE, you need to attend.
Again, I expect this to fill by this Tuesday night so invite your friends and family, get back to me right away, confirm your seats, show up on time, and be ready! I look forward to seeing you here, and potentially training you all for the next 6 months!
